As a key member of the TN Sweden team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success in the Swedish market. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive market representation strategy that achieves volume and share growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business management or engineering, with at least 8 years of related experience in the automotive industry within the hiring regions. They will be an expert in business acumen, including interpretation of financial statements, dealer performance reports, and retail industry reports.

Responsibilities will include making network development strategies for the Swedish market, identifying dealers with sufficient capital, capacity, customer satisfaction, and character, and achieving volume and share growth objectives. Additionally, you will define and implement network plans, manage performance improvement growth processes, lead dealership and related contract/agreement negotiations, and coordinate with relevant resources to adjust business processes.

We are looking for a talented individual who is proficient in English and has experience working in auto OEM for EU network development. If you have multiple roles under your belt, that's a definite plus
