About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Manager to join our team at Toca Boca. As a key member of our IT function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect our digital assets
  • Manage relationships with Managed Service Providers and act as a point of escalation for alerts
  • Enforce corporate security policies and ensure compliance with Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) standards
  • Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and support of all IT systems, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity
  • Define secure system requirements for new technology implementations and stay current with the latest technologies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure architecture and deployment, with a strong understanding of Operating System hardening standards
  • Extensive knowledge of Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) and cybersecurity principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments
