Cyber Security Program Manager

About the Role

H&M Group is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Program Manager to join our newly formed Cyber Security Program Management Unit (PMO). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the portfolio of the Cyber Security Tech Centre and managing large-scale strategic cyber security deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex cross-cutting cyber security projects, involving multiple teams across the H&M Group
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive joint initiatives, requiring synchronized backlogs and activities
  • Plan and prepare the roll-out of programs, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring alignment on dependencies and timelines
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and tasks for the overall success of the program
  • Develop a thorough understanding of processes and technical issues
  • Enable continuous improvement during projects, ensuring learnings are documented and shared with others

Requirements

  • Extensive experience using program management techniques, such as milestone planning, process mapping, planning, and facilitation
  • Moderate cyber security domain knowledge
  • Ability to build relationships, delegate, empower, and coach team members with a highly collaborative work ethic
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate priorities and constraints, and understand their desires and requirements
  • Understanding of core retail end-to-end processes, including those that drive costs and/or lock up inventory, and processes and behaviors that increase cyber security
  • Experienced in agile ways of working, and ability to work with ambiguity, uncertainty, or limited information
  • Ability to develop the vision and mission statement and sell the program vision and benefits to stakeholders
