As a Senior Finance Manager, you will lead the establishment of an offshore finance shared services centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role involves managing GL accounting functions under a shared services centre for all business units in Singapore and international sales offices.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years' experience in financial accounting, with at least 10 years of people management experience. They should have a proven deep understanding and experience across diverse areas of financial accounting, ranging from management of day-to-day operational accounting issues to strategy formulation and executive decision support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of finance specialists and overseeing all aspects of full-cycle month-end closing. They will define and agree SLAs with key stakeholders, including KPIs, and manage performance. Additionally, they will proactively manage and monitor overall shared services centre performance to drive accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in a business/commercial discipline; or professional accounting qualification or strong technical accounting background.
