Job DescriptionThis graduate programme takes place in our offices in Sweden, Norway, or Denmark, depending on your location. You will complete four rotations of three months each around the various departments and locations of the company, gaining an understanding of the business and the service operation lifecycle through participating in strategic projects.
- You will undertake rotations in different areas of the company, including Services, Rolling Stock, and Digital and Integrated Solutions Business product lines.
- The first and last rotation will be in your base location, which matches best your background and interest.
- The program aims to provide the possibility of an international rotation within our Nordics organisation.
You will work alongside qualified and experienced staff, joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where 80,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this graduate programme, you should have:
- A master's degree in engineering, preferably in railway engineering or systems, electrical/electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, system engineering, or computer science.
- A strong background in one of these fields, with a proven track record of academic achievement and relevant skills.
- Fluent in one of Scandinavian languages and in English.
- Fast learning and combining problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude, desire for improvement, and a passion for making things happen.
