Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in strategic projects and contributing to the success of our Nordics region.
  • Developing your knowledge and skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Working alongside qualified and experienced staff to deliver high-impact projects.
  • Building a network of contacts across the company and developing your leadership skills.

Requirements

To be considered for this graduate programme, you should have:

  • A master's degree in engineering, preferably in railway engineering or systems, electrical/electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, system engineering, or computer science.
  • A strong background in one of these fields, with a proven track record of academic achievement and relevant skills.
  • Fluent in one of Scandinavian languages and in English.
  • Fast learning and combining problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude, desire for improvement, and a passion for making things happen.
