About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Specialist to join our team at ABB Large Motors and Generators. As an IT Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems during operational disruptions, as well as creating and implementing preventive maintenance plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems during operational disruptions
  • Create and implement preventive maintenance plans
  • Configure and maintain production computers and software
  • Handle network issues and ensure IT security within the production network
  • Manage production software and licenses, as well as support for PLC and control systems
  • Participate in business development and projects
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Intune
  • Experience working in an industrial environment and complex IT environments, with previous experience in ABB infrastructure and IS/IT environments
  • Knowledge of networks, IT security, control systems, SCADA, PLC, Powershell, and MSSQL
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, with a high school education in IT or equivalent vocational training
  • Structured, good collaboration and communication skills, and proactive and dedicated to solving problems
