**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our Personalization team at Avance Consulting.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of business and strategy, strong analytical skills for making data-driven decisions, and effective communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders in an international environment.
Your responsibilities will include leading a team with multiple technical disciplines, focusing on customer problems and needs, and having a natural curiosity for solving them.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality results, has a strong understanding of e-commerce and recommendation systems, and is able to influence, listen to, and collaborate successfully with various stakeholders in a complex environment.
You will also be responsible for end-to-end ownership of backend products and applications, preferably with an understanding of data science.
