Job Overview

Ferrero, a family-owned company with a global presence, is seeking a Business Controller to join its Finance Team in the Nordic HQ. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Nordic business by preparing and analyzing business reports, collecting and presenting relevant data, and providing a clear and accurate view of business performance and market trends.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze business reports, including budget/forecast, cash flow projections, and business plans, in collaboration with local departments.
  • Deliver periodic reports to the Controlling Manager on the financial performance of the Company, prepare accurate reports for local and HQ stakeholders, and analyze variances versus Budget/SAF and previous years.
  • Lead the financial analysis of new product launches or modifications, liaising with other departments to ensure successful implementation.
  • Maintain relationships with headquarters in Luxembourg, including the Group Reporting department, Europe Area, and Multi-Country Region, and adhere to shared deadlines.
  • Support the Controlling team in ensuring development plans are in place to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business or Economics.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Controlling, preferably in a Headquartered function or international company.
  • Accounting & Controlling Skills, including IFRS principles knowledge.
  • Fluency in English is required, fluency in a Nordic language is a merit.
Key Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced user of SAP FI/CO and Essbase/HFM.
