About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and curious recruiter who is passionate about working closely with our managers to find the right talent for Toyota Material Handling Manufacturing Sweden. As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for providing consultative support to our managers, helping them find the right candidates for the right roles. You will build relationships with our managers, attract and retain candidates, and participate in various Employer Branding activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional HR support in the recruitment process for various roles, focusing on engineers within our R&D department.
- Work with hiring managers to develop job requirements, create job postings, conduct interviews, and perform assessments, including personality tests and reference checks.
- Train managers in competency-based recruitment methods throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the Communications Department on Employer Branding activities.
We are looking for someone with:
- Work experience in competency-based recruitment.
- A higher education degree in a relevant field, such as recruitment or human resources, or equivalent work experience in tech recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in Swedish.
- Good written and verbal skills in English.
