The Opportunity

We are seeking an R&D Product Owner to join our team in Malmö, Sweden. The aviation industry is experiencing rapid growth, with air traffic doubling every 15 years and a 50% capacity shortage expected by 2035 in half of the world's airports. This presents a significant challenge, with 237 million passengers potentially unable to fly in 2035.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the development of innovative products that shape the future of aviation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize the product backlog, and ensure solutions meet business objectives
  • Conduct market research and performance optimization to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Lead agile ceremonies and make data-driven decisions to ensure products deliver high value to global partners and customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in embedded software development
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems, including hardware-software integration
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with product lifecycle management and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about product development
