Territory Sales Manager for Ostomy Care in Sweden

Drive Sales Growth in Ostomy Care
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Sweden. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share in the ostomy care segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and opinion leaders
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
- Provide feedback and progress to the Sales Manager on sales cycle objectives and territory campaigns
- Continuously develop and train on Hollister's selling process
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize activities
- Fluent in English and Swedish
