Drive Sales Growth in Ostomy Care

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Sweden. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share in the ostomy care segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and opinion leaders
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide feedback and progress to the Sales Manager on sales cycle objectives and territory campaigns
  • Continuously develop and train on Hollister's selling process

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize activities
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
