Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Integration Manager to join our team at Barona Teknik & Installation AB. This position will be based on-site in Eskilstuna, Sweden.

The Integration Manager (IM) will serve as the point of contact and coordinate with a number of stakeholders both internal and external. The IM must have a good balance of technical and project management experience and skills. The primary responsibilities include identifying and managing scopes and interdependencies between external and internal stakeholders, coordinating same with the physical construction build, and ensuring the required handover documentation and expectations are met.

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and reporting on the planning and execution of Integration requirements
- Single point of contact for management and reporting of the planning and execution of scopes and deliverables
- Identifying, documenting, and managing construction phasing deliverables of systems and related CSA and MEP deliverables
- Reporting bi-weekly progress through the respective Design, Procurement, Execution, and Handover phases
- Producing an Integration Execution Plan
- Chairing internal Integration meetings, including Client
- Managing compliance with the Telecom Material Procurement Process
- Coordinating with the Client on snagging and handover
- Attending weekly design workgroup or workshops meetings as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in construction-related onsite project management, preferably in the Data Centre/Pharmaceutical sectors
- Telecommunications Design/Installation experience preferred
