Do you want to be a part of building the world we want to live in? We are currently looking for a BI and Analytics Lead to be part of our Business Information and Analytics team reporting to the VCE CFO.

You are a structured professional energized by change and continuous improvement. Join us and be a leader of the VCE finance analytics journey. Be part of an HQ team able to connect to the regions and functions' needs and deliver great value for the CE business.

The Business Information and Analytics team has an end-to-end responsibility from Volume to Finance for actuals reporting, planning, and analytics solutions. The team owns finance information and business hierarchies and logics used in management and external reporting.

VCE has engaged in an ERP renewal moving current platform to SAP S/4 Hana, which will impact the way we work with actuals reporting and business planning. You will be part of this journey, actively connect with all stakeholders to define new processes and tools. You will also be part of rebuilding our sales and finance domain Data Warehouse from Oracle to Microsoft Azure, aiming to simplify flows and logics and enhance end-user dashboarding possibilities.

• You enjoy teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• You have relevant experience using Microsoft Azure tools: Power BI/Data Bricks/SQL on sales or financial information.
• Knowledge of SAP BW, BEx Analyzer, and SAC reporting or ability to learn.
• You are curious and eager to gain full end-to-end knowledge of business flows, systems interfaces, and how transactions end up in the financial statements.
• Ability to "connect the dots." You have an analytical mindset; you are quick at understanding the cause and consequence of an event in the business information flow.
• You can adapt your communication style to the message receiver, explaining complex flows in simple terms.

Preferred locations: Goteborg or Eskilstuna, alternatively VCE main sites.
