Job Description

The Growth Sales Manager - Strategic Accounts will be responsible for driving the success of our largest and most strategic clients within the EMEA region. This role will be pivotal in supporting the growth team and working with key stakeholders to maximize account potential and drive meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and coach new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and/or Growth (Account) Executives (GEs)
  • Develop, mentor, and coach each team member to help them reach their full potential and drive high performance
  • Lead operational work of your SDRs and GEs
  • Act as a bridge between the growth and retention teams and other parts of the business such as Sales Management, Enablement, Product, and Marketing

Performance & Metrics Management

The Growth Sales Manager - Strategic Accounts will drive performance activities with the team that lead to high customer engagement and conversation. They will monitor account performance and client success metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive results.

Contract Management & Negotiation:

  • Support contract renewal negotiations and manage terms that align with both client needs and company objectives in collaboration with the Director of Strategic Accounts

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in selling towards the Enterprise, handling complex sales and buying processes with large companies
  • 3+ years of experience in strategic account management and leadership roles within the SaaS industry
  • Proven success in driving growth across enterprise-level accounts
  • Strong knowledge of Value-based selling and frameworks like MEDDPICC
  • Strong background in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English
