Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Lead Producer to join our team and oversee the development of our flagship product, SCAPE. As a key member of our production team, you will work closely with directors and team leads to ensure the project runs smoothly and meets its milestone goals.
Key Responsibilities- Project Schedule and Timely Delivery: Oversee the project schedule and ensure timely delivery of a high-quality product.
- Team Management: Build and maintain a highly functional live project team, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with directors, team leads, and stakeholders to maintain an overview of progress and communicate project updates.
- Resource Planning and Staffing: Plan and manage resources effectively, ensuring the team has the necessary skills and expertise to deliver the project.
- Agile Mindset: Apply an agile mindset to seek solutions to problems of varying scope and iterate development processes to create a well-oiled development cycle.
- Experience: At least one AAA game project experience, with a proven track record of leading day-to-day development.
- Leadership and Coaching: Experience leading and coaching other producers, supporting their professional development.
- Team Building: Experience building up teams and a strong understanding of the multi-faceted requirements of setting up development.
- Risk Assessment and Opportunity Management: Experience working with risk assessment and opportunity management.
- KPIs and OKRs: Experience working with and developing KPIs and OKRs.
- Development Methodologies: Experience with more than one development methodology.
- Communication and Presentation: Excellent skills in communication and presentation.
- Technical Proficiency: Excellent technical proficiency working with Jira and Confluence.
- Feedback and Learning: Excellent in taking and giving feedback to foster an organization of learning.
- Game Mechanics and Balancing: Knowledge of game mechanics, balancing, pacing, and monetization strategies for retail, mobile, casual, and free-to-play games.
- Current Trends: Good understanding of current trends in mobile gaming as well as social/casual markets.
- Live Operations Logistics: Knowledge or direct experience with live operations logistics.
- Community Management and Marketing: Previous experience working closely with Community Management, and Marketing/PR.
- Positive Attitude and Problem-Solving: Showing a positive attitude and strong passion for problem-solving in a team environment.
- Transparency and Feedback: Being honest and brave, working with transparency and feedback to uphold a great team culture.
- Collaborative Approach: Collaborative and consensus-driven approach.
- Adaptability: Not afraid to dig in and support where needed, focusing on the bigger picture.
