Nordkalk AB is seeking a seasoned Health and Safety Compliance Specialist to drive excellence in workplace safety across our operations.
This role involves conducting regular audits and ensuring compliance with our health and safety management systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting thorough system and physical audits at various Nordkalk sites to ensure alignment with our standards and those of our parent company, SigmaRoc.
- Identifying potential hazards and areas for improvement to enhance overall workplace safety and efficiency.
- Ensuring seamless compliance with health, safety, and management systems across all sites.
Experience: Several years of experience in the industry sector with a deep understanding of health and safety management systems.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent English proficiency, and a solid grasp of management system certifications.
Additional Requirements: A valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly to all Nordkalk locations.
