We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Expert to join our team in the Nordic region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all employee relations matters are handled efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. You will work closely with business leaders and colleagues from other HR departments to understand local policies and procedures.
