We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Strategist to drive growth and adoption of AWS services among our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and utilization of AWS services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and utilization of AWS services.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and technical challenges.
  • Provide strategic technical guidance to customers on AWS services and solutions.
  • Foster close relationships with customers to enable them to achieve the greatest value from AWS.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading technical internal enterprise teams or external customer-facing experience with C-suite influence.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills, presenting to an audience containing one or more decision maker(s).
