Job Responsibilities

In the role of Cybersecurity Account Director, you will join WithSecure's team to develop new business opportunities in the cybersecurity consulting services market. You will be responsible for selling their services to new and existing customers, building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Sell cybersecurity consulting services to new customers and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Identify and qualify new customer opportunities through targeted prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and business goals.
  • Negotiate and close new customer agreements in accordance with established sales policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new customer solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in selling cybersecurity solutions.
  • Experience in selling cybersecurity consulting services.
  • A deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and technologies, including a sophisticated understanding of cybersecurity concepts, solutions, and emerging industry trends.
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and business goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • High competence in developing relationships and using these to help customers achieve the value of WithSecure's cybersecurity solutions.
Desirable Qualifications

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Documented success in exceeding sales targets.
  • A deep understanding of the Swedish market, competitive landscape, and how to effectively position cybersecurity consulting services.
