As a Trade Marketing Manager, you'll play a critical role in developing strategic partnerships with key retailers to drive category and share growth from a trade perspective. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Positioning Luxottica as a strategic partner to key customers through the proposal of future-facing, insights-driven category-level initiatives.
  2. Activating shopper insights (consumer segments, role of channel in category, purchase behavior, etc.) by channel/retailer.
  3. Envisioning and creating insights-driven shopper experiences (e.g. merchandising, product selection, storytelling) with an omni-channel focus.
  4. Developing and managing best-in-class GTM strategies and plans to ensure program execution and overall sales targets are met.
  5. Managing assortment/SKU management & rationalization in conjunction with Product Development.

You'll need:

  • Proven experience in trade marketing in retail, consumer or supplier environments.
  • Experience developing close relationships with sales/commercial teams.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix environment.
  • Proficient in Swedish and English.
