Product Visionary for Payouts

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Product Owner to join our product team as a key part of our success. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the culture and ways of working at Brite and will be instrumental in ensuring product-market fit for our products.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and developing payments products in a fast-paced environment, with a strong background in product development, stakeholder management, and leadership. They will be comfortable working with agile methodologies and have a track record of leading high-performing teams.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement Brite's Payout products, ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely product development that aligns with company objectives.
- Collaborate with Engineering to build and manage product backlogs, bridging the gap between technical teams and the broader organisation.
- Use your knowledge of OKRs and KPIs to track performance, make data-driven decisions, and ensure you're driving the most impactful business outcomes.
- Lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, demos), and be comfortable with team reviews, pre-reads, and transparent communication to foster a high-performing team environment.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Product Owner who can bring clarity of purpose to our teams and drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience from a leading role in a product development environment.
- B.Sc. in Engineering, Economics or similar.
- General knowledge about the payments industry.
- Familiarity with OKRs and KPIs, with the ability to leverage insights to move key business metrics.
- A track record of leading agile development teams, guiding team reviews, and communicating transparently across stakeholders.
