Headquartered in Stockholm, Brite has offices in London and Malaga and now numbers over 150 colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the product visionary, using your deep knowledge of the payments industry to define and communicate a clear product strategy for our payout solutions.
  • Proactively identify new product opportunities and bring innovative ideas to the table to drive growth and expansion.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of existing payout solutions, while driving the development of new, cutting-edge integrations with key partners across 27 countries.
  • Own the delivery for the payout team, ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely product development that aligns with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to build and manage product backlogs, bridging the gap between technical teams and the broader organisation.
  • Dive into customer needs, working with Sales to ensure product roadmaps are aligned with market demands and future growth opportunities.
  • Lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, demos), and be comfortable with team reviews, pre-reads, and transparent communication to foster a high-performing team environment.
  • Use your knowledge of OKRs and KPIs to track performance, make data-driven decisions, and ensure you're driving the most impactful business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience from a leading role in a product development environment
  • B.Sc. in Engineering, Economics or similar
  • General knowledge about the payments industry.
  • Familiarity with OKRs and KPIs, with the ability to leverage insights to move key business metrics.
  • A track record of leading agile development teams, guiding team reviews, and communicating transparently across stakeholders.
  • Integrity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to inspire and rally a team around your vision.
  • A genuine passion for building consumer-centric products that make a difference.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive package including benefits such as a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment where you will have the possibility to make an impact from your first day onwards.
