We are seeking an associate to become part of our Investment Banking division in Stockholm, utilizing their expertise and innovative ideas to contribute to the success of Goldman Sachs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Associates play a crucial role in enhancing and solidifying client relationships, participating in advisory teams, and structuring and executing a comprehensive range of financial transactions. Responsibilities encompass:
- Creating and analyzing financial models.
- Organizing and preparing client presentations.
- Assisting in managing transaction processes.
- Supporting the structuring of transactions.
Associates will gain exposure to various business sectors and deepen their understanding of the investment banking landscape while honing essential analytical, communication, and marketing skills.
In addition, Associates will:
- Develop financial models and conduct tailored company valuation analyses.
- Engage actively in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financing activities.
- Prepare presentations that elucidate industry trends and assess client situations to provide informed financial advice.
- Coordinate with teams of tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers for various transactions.
- Lead due diligence processes and participate in negotiations of legal documentation.
From maintaining client communications to assisting Goldman Sachs in structuring client transactions, our Associates are integral to the success of Goldman Sachs' banking team.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking.
- A proven track record of exceptional academic and professional accomplishments.
- Strong team orientation with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members across various groups and regions.
