Group Business Controller to HQ

Picadeli is a leading global food-tech company in healthy fast food with over 2,000 salad bars across Europe and the US. We offer an innovative and intelligent salad bar concept where consumers can pick and mix their own delicious, healthy, and affordable salads.
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company with a strong commitment to sustainability, quality, and customer satisfaction. Our finance team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Group Business Controller to join our team at Picadeli HQ.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support decision-making processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and reporting systems.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational or FMCG environment.
- Experience from management consulting is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of key business drivers.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in implementing and developing financial reporting tools such as PowerBI/QlikView.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Highly analytical with the ability to provide actionable insights and communicate them clearly.
