IKEA Guest Experience Specialist Role

We are currently seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at IKEA. This role is responsible for ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience at our venue.

Main Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet guests at IKEA Hotell or IKEA Museum
• Coordinate activities that contribute to the guest experience and cater to their needs
• Provide a professional service and share deep IKEA knowledge with guests
• Perform guided tours and introduce guests to Älmhult as a destination

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to make decisions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Swedish working permit, making you eligible to work in Sweden
