  • Review performance of service providers delivering to the DC.
  • Communicate effectively with service providers and handle processes efficiently.
  • Approve freight and service invoices for accuracy and budget control.
  • Keep statistics and KPIs up to date.
  • Handle import-related issues, such as tracing missing cargo and handling transport insurance claims.
