We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team in Gothenburg. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, calibrating, and commissioning our emission measurement systems/products at customer sites in the Nordic region.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Work on multiple assignments, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with customers and colleagues from AVL.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer processes and systems/equipment.
  • Travel to customer sites in the Nordic region and other countries as part of AVL Europe.

**Requirements**

  • Service-minded approach with excellent social and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing. German is an advantage.
  • IT software skills and hardware (mechanical and electrical) skills.
  • Experience in emission measurement equipment, AVL products, and engine and powertrain/transmission testing is an advantage.
