The Position

This role is critical to enhancing our digital presence and driving the brand forward. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, setting goals and KPIs for channels and content, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure social content integrates with communications and brand messaging.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Munters' social media strategy.
  • Set goals and KPIs for channels and content with the rest of the team.
  • Plan and schedule content in line with the global communications strategy and editorial calendar.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure social content integrates with communications and brand messaging.
  • Continuously optimize content for audience, platform, and channel based on insights.
  • Engage with communities, responding to comments and messages to maintain brand consistency and gather insights for content improvement.
  • Train organization in good SoMe practices.
  • Copywriting, AB-testing, and content adjustments to fit the different platforms. Experience in image editing programs.

Requirements

  • A few years of experience in communications within an international, matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in the big five social media platforms as well as merging platforms for community engagement and audience development.
  • Ability to collaborate with content, video, and digital teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance and drive data-based decisions.
  • Experience in managing influencer relationships.
  • Experience in developing social media content in global B2B environments.
  • Experience in driving paid campaigns.
