Key Duties:
  • Lead sales development and account management for select commercial and industrial (C&I) clients in Central Europe, encompassing EPCs, Reseller Partners, and End-Users.
  • Nurture and maintain robust relationships with critical stakeholders, including decision-makers, line-of-business leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Prioritize delivering exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint.
  • Work closely with customers to grasp their requirements and present the distinct value proposition of Polarium's solutions.
  • Ride the sales wave from customer onboarding and contract negotiation through to order fulfillment and solution delivery.
  • Maintain harmonious relationships with customers throughout the project lifespan, aligning with Polarium's dedicated resources as needed.
  • Hit or exceed annual revenue targets while enhancing long-term profitability for Polarium.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales within the C&I BESS sector.
  • Solid understanding of selling complex energy products, specifically power and/or battery energy storage solutions, to C&I clients.
  • Profound knowledge of C&I BESS power and/or battery systems.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
