  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
  • Ability to analyze business problems and interpret them into IT solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Understanding of customer focus, budgeting, and resource planning
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Swedish, Finnish, Italian, or German is a plus
