En Service Delivery Manager som kan driva utveckling och säkerställa en kvalitativ leverans är eftertraktad hos oss. I den här rollen ansvarar du för att identifiera kundens behov och möta dem i tid. Detta inkluderar att bygga och underhålla en stark relation med kunden.

Som Service Delivery Manager arbetar du aktivt med bolagsutveckling. Det innebär att du granskar och godkänner förändringar, identifierar förbättringsområden och koordinerar utvecklingsplaner. Du har även en viktig roll i dialogen med kunden.

För att lyckas i den här rollen krävs det att du har en stark kommunikationsförmåga och erfarenhet av kunddialoger. Dessutom bör du ha erfarenhet av att koppla samman verksamhetsbehov med IT-lösningar.
