About the Role- Develop and execute a 3-year strategic plan to ensure our manufacturing supply chain is agile, synchronized, and aligned with our growth agenda.
- Lead, coach, and develop multi-functional teams to drive best practices and achieve operational excellence.
- Establish and sustain a zero-loss mindset, embedding continuous improvement and world-class standards.
- Drive the implementation of Integrated Lean 6 Sigma and advanced manufacturing practices.
- Partner across functions to meet and exceed goals in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability.
- Be accountable for building a high-performing workforce, ensuring a pipeline of critical talent, and fostering engagement at all levels.
- Lead governance to safeguard operational standards, compliance, and asset value.
- Act as a vital bridge between internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and elevate Mondelēz's equity and reputation.
- Proven track record in driving manufacturing performance, with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and 5S practices.
- Strong financial and business acumen combined with project management expertise to deliver measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills. Inspire the team in developing and executing our vision and goals, coupled with coaching abilities that empower teams to thrive.
- Deep understanding of supply chain, demand planning, and commercial functions, with a history of building strong collaborative relationships.
