Job Description

Mondelēz International is seeking a seasoned Regional HSE Specialist to lead the implementation of HSE standards and best practices across the Nordics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, providing expert guidance on HSE-related matters, and leveraging their expertise to minimize workplace hazards and foster a culture of safety and well-being.

Main Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing HSE strategies to minimize workplace risks and hazards
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing training and coaching to employees on HSE best practices and procedures
  • Leveraging expertise to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HSE management, with a strong understanding of Swedish work environment legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
