• As Industrial Performance Expert, you will be responsible for driving excellence and innovation in our manufacturing operations.

• Develop and execute a 3-year strategic plan to ensure our manufacturing supply chain is agile, synchronized, and aligned with our growth agenda.
• Lead, coach, and develop multi-functional teams to drive best practices and achieve operational excellence.
• Establish and sustain a zero-loss mindset, embedding continuous improvement and world-class standards.
• Drive the implementation of Integrated Lean 6 Sigma and advanced manufacturing practices.

• Proven track record in driving manufacturing performance, with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and 5S practices.
• Strong financial and business acumen combined with project management expertise to deliver measurable results.
• Excellent communication skills. Inspire the team in developing and executing our vision and goals, coupled with coaching abilities that empower teams to thrive.
• Deep understanding of supply chain, demand planning, and commercial functions, with a history of building strong collaborative relationships.
