About the Junior Site Manager Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Junior Site Manager in Luleå. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our terminal, ensuring that our fleet and drivers deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Your primary objective will be to manage the site effectively, leveraging your leadership skills to motivate and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing site-specific strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.

Requirements
