We are looking for a Construction Supervisor with experience in large-scale industrial projects for our customer in North Sweden.

In this role, you will oversee construction activities on the site, ensuring that schedules, budgets, and, most importantly, construction quality standards are met. The employment relationship is fixed-term, lasting at least 1-3 years.

Location: North SwedenAs a Construction Supervisor, you will:
  • Support the Construction Manager in preparing and updating construction schedules to align with project objectives.
  • Direct and oversee the construction of reinforced concrete structures, including bridges, culverts, and related infrastructure.
  • Supervise the construction operations at the site, especially the construction quality.
  • Manage materials, determine requirements, requisition supplies, and schedule deliveries.
  • Monitor that safety regulations and standards are followed.
To succeed, you have:
  • Proven experience in construction supervision for reinforced concrete and steel/concrete hybrid structures.
  • Strong understanding of roadway sub-base and approach slab integrity.
  • Experience working with pre-cast concrete and large-scale industrial projects.
  • Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills in an international project setting.
  • Fluency in English.
