As a seasoned HR leader, you will have a unique opportunity to shape Easyfairs people strategy and culture, reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a trusted partner to the leadership team. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving HR excellence and creating an environment where talent can flourish.
Your Key Areas of Responsibility
1. HR Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with Easyfairs mission and business objectives.
2. Talent Management: Foster a culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring that our employees are equipped to excel in their roles.
3. HR Operations: Oversee the efficient execution of all HR processes, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations.
4. Diversity & Inclusion: Drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, creating a workplace that values and respects individual differences.
5. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and well-being.
You Are Our Ideal Candidate If
You possess at least five years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in innovative and growth-driven industries.
