About This Role

We are seeking an experienced HR leader to join our team as a Head of People Development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving HR excellence and fostering an environment where talent can thrive. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have a unique opportunity to shape Easyfairs people strategy and culture, driving business outcomes through effective HR practices.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with Easyfairs mission and business objectives.
2. Talent Management: Foster a culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring that our employees are equipped to excel in their roles.
3. HR Operations: Oversee the efficient execution of all HR processes, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations.
4. Diversity & Inclusion: Drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, creating a workplace that values and respects individual differences.
5. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and well-being.
