As the Head of Talent, you will have a pivotal role in continuing to shape Easyfairs Nordic AB people strategy and culture. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a trusted partner to the leadership team, driving HR excellence and fostering an environment where talent can thrive.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Leadership: Design and implement HR strategies aligned with Easyfairs Nordic AB mission and business objectives.
2. Employee Engagement: Foster a culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
3. Talent Acquisition & Development: Continue to drive and strengthen Easyfairs as a company regarding competence development.
4. HR Operations: Ensure smooth execution of all HR processes.
5. Diversity & Inclusion: Drive initiatives that create an inclusive and equitable workplace.

Qualifications

1. At least five years HR experience and proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally in innovative and growth-driven industries.
2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor law, and organisational development.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and truly interested in working with people.
4. Degree in HR or a related field.
