  • The role requires managing high-impact projects while leveraging BearingPoint's extensive intellectual capital in strategy and management to deliver value.
  • You will play a key role in business development, strengthen relationships with our public sector clients, and mentor junior colleagues.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • M.Sc. in Engineering, Economics, or another relevant master's degree.
  • A proven track record of at least 6 years as a consultant, delivering projects for government agencies or municipalities, focusing either on digitalization and tech transformation or organizational development and strategy.
  • Strong leadership abilities and an ability to manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
