Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education: College/University Degree in Food Science/Technology or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: At least 5 years' experience in similar R&D roles, with previous experience in New Product Development management and process.
  • Financial Aptitude: Financial/numerical aptitude and experience of operating at a management level within the Food Industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong analytical ability, time management skills, and experience in coaching to develop individuals/teams.
  • Competitive Nature: Competitive nature with a passion for innovation and excellence.
