As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in elevating store concepts and creating a fashion demand-driven experience for all.
Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Sales Advisor or Junior Department Manager to join our team in Stockholm.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest and passion for fashion and trends, as well as excellent customer service skills.
- Responsible for inspiring customers by promoting campaigns, offers, and activities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Will give and receive honest feedback to support personal development and colleague development.
- Follows health and safety routines to promote the safety and well-being of colleagues and customers.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, we think you should have:
- A formal or informal leadership experience.
- A customer-first mindset and love to provide personal customer service.
- Be self-motivated, results-oriented, strategic & have a get it done attitude.
- Have a positive and friendly approach and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a team player with a flexible approach.
What We Offer:
Both temporary and permanent contracts are available for 30/hours and 8/hours per week. The start date is in September, and these positions are based in Stockholm.
