Job Title: HR Director - North and Central Europe

Description:

As an HR Director - North and Central Europe, you will play a critical role in shaping the HR strategy and direction for our region. You will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals to deliver HR services that meet the needs of our business.

You will support the execution of the Global Forwarding HR strategy and solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. This includes developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and performance.

The ideal candidate has extensive Generalist Human Resources experience and local HR knowledge of the Nordic region. They must have a Bachelor's level in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or a business-related discipline.

This role also requires proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite applications, as well as strong leadership and interpersonal skills. The ability to interpret legislation and company policies to ensure compliance is essential.

We are seeking an experienced HR professional who can lead and inspire a team to deliver HR excellence and drive business results.
