About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Compliance Auditor to join our team at Northvolt ETT AB. As a key player in our Quality Compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and contributing to building one of the first large-scale European battery factories.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct Audits and Ensure Compliance

Lead audits, ensure that all aspects of production and quality management adhere to regulatory standards, industry specifications, and internal quality control protocols. Maintain and enhance product/process quality, safety, and compliance within the manufacturing processes.

Communicate Audit Findings and Recommendations

Communicate audit findings, compliance status, and forward recommendations to relevant stakeholders and communicate regulatory requirements to relevant stakeholders within the organization.

Review and Maintain Quality Records

Review and maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and compliance documentation and recommend implementing best practices to enhance overall product quality and compliance.

Ensure Conformity of Production

Ensure the integration of the conformity of production (COP) process throughout the Business Unit, aligning with industry norms and customer requisites.

Monitor and Evaluate Quality Metrics

Monitor, evaluate, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, environmental compliance, and conformity of production, contributing insights to the Quality Compliance Manager.
