Senior Maintenance Engineer

Northvolt ETT AB is seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with production and process personnel to identify and resolve machine breakdowns.
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance.
  • Analyze maintenance losses and implement solutions to reduce downtime.
  • Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Perform cost and spend analysis to optimize maintenance budgets.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Elementary computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or production
  • Valuable (but not required) if fluency in other languages, including Swedish
Desirable Skills:
  • Good technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems
  • Proven experience in working with continuous improvements in an industrial environment
