We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented LIMS Technician to join our Quality Control team at Northvolt ETT AB. As a key member of our laboratory operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the flow of samples, conducting instrumental analyses, and adhering to Quality Assurance principles.

• Sample Management: Ensure the efficient flow of samples to the Quality Labs and accurate information in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Instrumental Analysis: Routinely carry out instrumental analyses defined in the control plan, utilizing your technical expertise to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Quality Assurance: Adhere to Quality Assurance principles, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• 5S Activities: Participate in 5S activities in the lab, maintaining a clean and organized workspace that promotes efficiency and productivity.
• Sample Registration: Register samples as they arrive in the QC Lab, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

• Education: Bachelor's degree (or technical school degree) in a technical field, such as chemistry, physics, or materials science.
• Experience: Familiarity with laboratory processes and procedures, ideally from having worked within a laboratory and/or from experience as a System Specialist for a laboratory software application such as a LIMS, ELN, or Chromatography Data System (CDS).

• Communication: Excellent English written and oral skills; Swedish is a plus.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized and results-driven, with an eye for detail and ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptionally good problem-solving skills, with a 'can do' attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently, in a high-profile and often high-pressure international environment.
