We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Engineer to join our team at DNV. As a Solar Engineer, you will play a key role in providing consulting services to our existing customers and exploring new opportunities in the solar energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management for small, less complex projects, including technical due diligence, data analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Technical review and optimization of solar PV plants, including technology and design review, and site visits to solar farms.
  • Solar Resource Assessments and Energy Production Assessments, and contributing to winning new external work by expanding ongoing projects.
  • Collaboration with other technical professionals to provide consulting services and support business development, marketing, and sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Swedish, and willingness to travel short distances across the country and internationally.
  • Experience with PVsyst and other PV modeling software, AutoCAD, and Python, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • A valid driving license.
