Healthcare Account Manager

This challenging role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives by developing and executing strategies that drive sell-out and profitable growth in the Nordic Personal Health business.

You will be responsible for:

Implementing Channel Strategy:

  • Develop clear and achievable customer strategies, objectives, and tactical plans for the Nordic Personal Health business.
  • Nurture and develop existing customers, identifying new opportunities and driving business growth.

Driving Performance:

  • Evaluate execution of strategies and plans, ensuring they drive sell-out and profitable growth according to agreed targets.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.

About the Role:

You'll join a dynamic team within the Nordic Personal Health organization, working closely with channel leaders, stakeholders, and functions across the Nordic and Western European countries.

The ideal candidate will possess a customer-first attitude, strategic sales experience in FMCG, and strong communication skills. They should be able to inspire and coach others, while navigating market dynamics and translating them into opportunities.

This role is a field position, requiring regular travel to meet with customers and partners.
