Belmontlavan is seeking a highly skilled SAP S4 Hana Scrum Lead to join our team in a Contract position. As a key member of our Procure Materials & Services Scrum team, you will be responsible for securing business and solution requirements needed for the SAP S4 Hana solution.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of SAP S4 Hana, preferably in a team lead/scrum lead position. You will be responsible for planning sprints, ensuring backlog items are completed in time and with quality, and communicating updates and decisions to the scrum team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scrum Team Leadership: Lead the Procure Materials & Services Scrum team to ensure successful delivery of the SAP S4 Hana solution.
- Business Requirements: Secure business and solution requirements needed for the SAP S4 Hana solution.
- Project Planning: Plan sprints, ensure backlog items are completed in time and with quality, and communicate updates and decisions to the scrum team.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure a holistic view of the area of responsibility and secure a to-be process reflecting the business direction and objectives.
- Issue Management: Manage issues and risks assigned or escalated to the scrum team lead.
Requirements:
- Experience: Experience and knowledge of SAP S4 Hana, preferably in a team lead/scrum lead position.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to plan and execute projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or computer science.
